An initiative for all Allianz clients, designed to increase contact opportunities between clients and agents. To address this need Well360 developed the concept of an “exclusive club” evoking a sense of belonging and prestige: TheAllianzClub, a format inspired by loyalty programs, while being a sweepstakes.
Well360 handled all contest phases, from devising the mechanics and drafting rules to researching and purchasing prizes. The game platform was developed: a customized site with a reserved area for the sales network to optimize customer participation.
Key levers of the initiative were the variety and quantity of prizes available: in the first two editions, participants had the chance to win as many as 883 prizes across 7 areas of interest, along with a grand prize — a trip to the Maldives for two people.
Supporting the initiative was a comprehensive communication plan developed both on Allianz Italia’s channels and through content provided to Agencies. This included the contest launch video, POP materials for agencies, the programming and sending of regular HTML newsletters, and various social media materials.
